Humboldt Storage & Moving were grateful to sponsor the 15th Annual Matt Horridge Memorial Golf Tournament on July 15th in North Kingston, RI in honor of Humboldt Team Member, Jay Horridge’s, late brother. Now in its 15th year, the event aims to raise funds in Matt’s memory to support Earth LTD at the Southwick Zoo and the Matthew Horridge Scholarship. Humboldt Honored By Move for Hunger
Humboldt Storage & Moving was recently honored by Move for Hunger as a “Hunger Fighting Hero” for helping to provide over 285 meals to our community in 2017 thus far. As you may be aware, many people throw out a good deal of “stuff” when they move. Unfortunately, a lot of this “stuff” is food that could be delivered to a family in need rather than thrown away. Humboldt Storage & Moving held our annual SOB "State of the Business" meeting on April 17th, 2017 at the Bank of Canton Headquarters in Canton, MA. The meeting kicked off with an outdoor performance by a local bagpiper. Once inside, we begun the meeting with an interview with March of Dime's (and recent Humboldt client) Vanessa DeMichele. The presentation also included: updates from the Spirit Committee, the launch of our new Wellness Committee, a marketing and branding recap, and a review of our 2016 successes and where we are headed in 2017.
