Van Operator Appreciation Week Part 1

We can’t thank our moving van operators enough

It might be obvious, but moving companies will not survive without dedicated, smart drivers and crews. And while we may be biased, we feel that we have some of the best, well prepared, and highly trained moving crews and drivers in the moving industry.

We are moving families at every time of the year. And that means our crews and drivers have to deal with so many elements as movers in New England. They never complain, they do their job and they know that it is our duty to get that family to their destination and set up in their new home.

Recently we celebrated van operator appreciation week here at Humboldt Storage and Moving. While we do our best to appreciate our crews and drivers all the time, this week is dedicated to those who go above and beyond each and every day snow, rain, or shine. It’s their day to grab the limelight because they are the star of the show in the moving industry.

We believe that we are one of the best local moving companies in and around the Boston area because of the dedication of our drivers. They pledge every time they get in their truck and leave our building to make sure that families, children and professionals moving get the chance to relax during their journey to their new home.

Even more so, has been the time we have been living in working through the times of COVID-19 and Coronavirus. Our drivers have gone above and beyond not only to make sure that families get to their destination, are able to be put at ease during the moving process, but also to make sure that everyone including families, crews and others involved in the moving process are safe at all times.

We have also asked much…much more of our van operators and crews during the past six months including additional safety procedures, cleaning , adhering to social distancing , and so much more to make the crews and families comfortable, and we cannot thank them enough for continuing their mission of moving families in a relaxing manner.

Those of us in the corporate office do so much including customer service, sales, permitting, and other paperwork to prepare for a smooth and relaxing move. But as you might imagine there is no way you are going to move all your household items from one home to the next without the dedicated van operators and crews that we have.

So please join us in thanking those van operators and crews as we celebrate their dedication to their craft. Those that move families in hot weather, cold and snow, rain, an even in times of a pandemic. We thank you for doing your job each and every day and doing it with pride.
