Humboldt Welcomes New Team Member as Relocation Coordinator

Humboldt Storage and Moving is pleased to welcome new team member Elizaire Denis to work as Relocation Coordinator. Eliza has several years of customer service experience including work at a call center and, most recently with BT Conferencing. Eliza will be training as a Relocation Coordinator in all areas of our business. In his position on the Customer Service team his responsibilities will include providing an outstanding experience for the customer when moving their property. He will also help in providing a stress free experience for the customer, in part by responding to customers in a timely manner. “Humboldt strives to give our customers a stress free move and a part of that is our customer service team,” says Jim Sullivan President of Humboldt Storage and Moving “that is why we only hire the best to answer any question our customers may have so we can ensure they have a great experience when they work with us.” Eliza currently resides in Mattapan, MA, which is also his hometown. Outside of work Eliza enjoys going fishing. He started working at Humboldt on January 7, 2014.
