Humboldt Storage and Moving is proud to welcome Jen Babcock who will be filling the open role of Executive Assistant. Jen comes to Humboldt with experience working for the Law Office of Walter P. Kalisz Jr., where she handled Administrative functions. She also has prior experience in Human Resources and Office Management. “A lot of work goes into a company, which is why it’s important to have a great Executive Assistant to support the operations,” says Jim Sullivan President of Humboldt Storage and Moving “This job has a lot of responsibilities and we are confident that Jen will do well in her new position.” As Executive Assistant her responsibilities entail providing support to President and CEO of the company including correspondence, calendar management and event assistance. She also completes basic HR responsibilities such as running background checks and job postings and basic Customer Service responsibilities including covering front desk and customer surveys. Other responsibilities include accounting support and various projects involving daily operations of the company. Jen currently resides in Lakeville, and her hometown is East Bridgewater. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her first day at Humboldt was Wednesday January 8th, 2013.
