Two Guys that Get It!

So I was informed that United Van Lines was recognizing a Humboldt moving crew with being the best crew of the month. This award is difficult to get as there are thousands of drivers in our system. The criteria for the award are customer service scores and the safety on the roads. At Humboldt we are proud to say we work with Mike Mckenney and Jay Wilson and that they serve our moving customers. Mike and Jay are no strangers to being recognized for great service and customers typically use words like- efficient, professional, polite, made things easy and were friendly. This team has provided this type of service for Humboldt and its customers for many years. Mike and Jay have a current customer service score of 10.0 for the year and a perfect safety record. These guys get our branding of reducing the stress of the moving process for our customers. Just today they were moving the parents of a friend of mine. Tonight I called my friend and he said that his parents were amazed how great and efficient Mike and Jay were today.
