In addition to the S.O.B. meeting, we also recently celebrated “Van Operator Appreciation Week” from May 6th through the 1oth. The week is set aside annually to recognize the difference and enormous impact van operators and drivers make in providing service to all clients that place their trust in Humboldt Storage and Moving.

The approximately 5,700 van operators in the United Van Lines system represent the “heart of United’s ability to exceed its customers’ expectations,” said Jim Sullivan, President of Humboldt Storage and Moving. “This week will further increase awareness of the key role these individuals play in customer satisfaction and is also intended to strengthen the relationship between Humboldt and our van operators.”
