Jerome’s Nomination: Humboldt would like to recognize Mind’s Eye and Jerome Maligne for their outstanding service. “In recent weeks I have heard several complimentary words about Jerome from not only fellow team members, but also customers. Jerome has handled rush situations with ease and has worked tirelessly, including over the course of a few weekends to ensure that all work is completed and to the satisfaction of our clients. Most recently, my experience with Jerome has included him handling several VIP clients and easing their minds and reducing stress!”

Pete’s Nomination: “Recently, we had a very, very high level VIP move we were working on. Pete was the driver assigned to the job and initially, the order was set to go to storage with delivery out when the customer arrived at the destination. During the loading, the customer expressed to Pete that they really did not want the goods to go to storage given that they had possession of the home. Pete got a copy of the floor plan from the customer with an idea as to where all of the items would go and told the customer that if they had someone at the destination who could accept the items on their behalf, he would be happy to deliver to the home for them so that everything is in place when they arrive and they do not have to wait for the storage delivery.

Pete made arrangements to meet with the customer’s realtor at destination and when he arrived, he even FaceTimed with the customer to make sure he was putting the items in the appropriate location. It’s not every day we perform a delivery like this, but Pete utilizing technology to help reduce the stress of the customer was really innovative. If that is not the definition of a stress remover, I don’t know what is!”
