She loved “How may I reduce your stress today?”. Said she may call back daily just to hear that!!!! Cathy tee’d it up great for me. Hat’s off to Cathy!”
“Scott was out of the office recently having a baby and despite being relatively new to Humboldt, Jason jumped right in helping the customer service team to coordinate their deliveries and assisting us in getting our haul requests back so we could continue to get our orders registered in a timely and efficient manner. From a more personal standpoint, every day when I would meet with Jay during the long distance operations meeting, I would always ask him if there was any way I could assist him to get through the day. Without fail, every day he politely turned me down saying, “Nope, I got this.” And every day he truly did. He did a fantastic job to really keep things seamless and stress free for myself and the entirety of the CS team.”
