Sales Consultant
This team member is responsible for cultivating new business through referrals, networking, research, and outreach. The Sales Consultant will prepare moving estimates and present them to clients. This individual needs to achieve or surpass their annual sales goals and be focused on delivering best-in-class customer service.
Ideal Candidates :
- Responsible, friendly, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Able to set and re-organize priorities based on the relative importance of job responsibilities.
- Follow through on assignments.
- Work independently with minimal direction.
- Possess strong presentation skills.
- Close on 50% of appointments.
- Excellent communication skills including on the phone, in person, and via email.
- Excellent people reading skills, including the ability to listen and react accordingly.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2-4 years experience or training in sales & customer service.
- Computer skills must be up to date including both Microsoft and Apple – specifically iPad.
- Administrative and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to service in-home appointments all over New England.

Client Relationship Representative
This team member will work collaboratively with our CEO and sales team to create relationships with new customers and nurture existing client base. The Client Relationship Representative should seek to enable long term relationships and enhance customer loyalty by possessing a passion for excellence and legendary customer service.
Ideal Candidates :
- Have a proven track record and experience servicing high profile clients.
- Have previously supported high level executives and/or sales teams.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to perform professionally in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including a strong phone presence.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize, with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated & driven.
- Assertively, promptly and efficiently pursue and follow-up with leads to assist in closing sales.
- Research potential new accounts and identify key players.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn.
- Understand and live our brand “Relax and Get Moving”.
- Must have at least 2 years of inside or outside sales experience.
Warehouse Assistant
The team member assures safe handling of clients’ goods into and out of our warehouse while meeting Humboldt’s high standards for quality,safety, and customer service.
Daily Duties Include :
- Load and unload vehicles, complete paperwork including check-off of items and condition of items and secure items in truck and warehouse for safety and security.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack and other equipment needed for the handling of customer goods.
- Communicate effectively with customers, other departments and local operations to ensure the fulfillment of customer needs and requirements.
- Physical requirements of the job include the ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day and the ability to stoop, bend and lift boxes weighing up to 75 lbs.
