Michele’s Nomination : “Michelle recently coordinated a very large, involved, and difficult move. The shipment was over 37,000lbs with many moving parts & Michele handled it all in stride. I was away on vacation when the move actually took place & Michele handled everything. I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation, knowing this client was in good hands with Michelle. Thanks for living our brand!”
Pat’s Nomination : “Pat so consistently relieves the stress of customer service and other departments within Humboldt. His mild manner approach and his flexibility in working the schedule to accommodate accounts & shippers requests (especially the last minute orders!) or changes that come up—make potential stressful situations relative stress free! Pat is so easy going and handles everything in stride and with professionalism, and usually somehow makes everything work, even during these crazy Summer months. Pat is a star, day in and day out, and we all benefit from his commitment and dedication.”
